The trial, pricing, payments, bookings and how LifeCue works on your phone.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets one 3-day free trial with full access and a guided walkthrough of the whole app. You create your account first, then choose the trial or a paid plan. When the trial ends you pick a plan to keep going.
- What does LifeCue cost?
- LifeCue Personal is $8.99 a month, LifeCue Business is $12.99 a month and LifeCue Complete (both together) is $18.99 a month. The Business Pro add-on for staff, multiple locations and advanced analytics is $5.99 a month on Business or Complete.
- Where do my clients' payments go?
- Straight to your own payment account. You connect your Square, Stripe or GoDaddy Payments account, and deposits and invoice payments are processed there. LifeCue does not hold your money.
- Can clients book without me doing anything?
- Yes. Share your booking link or your client sign-up link. Clients enter their details, choose a service and time from your real availability, pay any deposit, and get a confirmation, a day-before reminder and their own portal link automatically.
- Is there a phone app?
- LifeCue installs on your phone home screen from the browser and behaves like a native app, including reminders. Everything you do on the phone shows on the web and the other way round.
- What is the client portal?
- A private page for each client showing their upcoming appointments, invoices and payment history. Clients can sign in with their email address or follow the link in any invoice.
- Can my staff manage their own hours?
- With the Business Pro add-on, yes. Each staff member gets a private link where they set their working hours and time off, while you keep control of permissions and what they can see.
- Can I use LifeCue for personal life only?
- Yes. LifeCue Personal is the everyday calendar, tasks, routines, reminders and AI day planning with no business features.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
- Do I have to use the walkthrough?
- No. The step-by-step tour starts the first time you sign in, and there is a Skip button on every step. You can replay it later from settings.
